With the continuous success in the U.S., we have decided to establish a position focusing on quality management and regulatory affairs. Not only will this relieve the quality management staff at headquarters for focusing on our global activities, but it will also provide more direct service on regulatory questions. It will further enhance our service level in addition to short delivery times and our high technical support level.

We are pleased to welcome Kelly Ilardo to the team. Kelly has over 12 years of experience in USDA/FDA regulatory compliance and labeling within the foodservice industry. Another expertise of her has been the developing and maintaining of regulatory documentation for U.S. school lunch programs, including product specifications, formulation statements, and USDA commodity documents, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. She is a certified HACCP Manager, being PCQI certified, a SQF Practitioner, and Internal Auditor. Kelly will also make sure that our work level will continue to meet the ever-expanding requirements on regulatory compliance and customer expectations.
